1830 International Application Transmittal Letter

A PCT international application transmittal letter, Form PTO-1382, is available free of charge for applicants to use when filing PCT international applications and related documents with the United States Receiving Office. The form is intended to simplify the filing of PCT international applications and related documents by providing a one-page letter which covers the most common submissions of applicants. Specifically covered are:

(A) A new international application;

(B) A response to an invitation from the United States Receiving Office;

(C) A request for rectification under PCT Rule 91;

(D) A petition; and

(E) A sequence listing diskette.
